Webhooks — Delivery & Retries¶

A non-2xx response, a connection failure, or a timeout schedules a retry. Six attempts in total, spanning just under 15 hours, after which the delivery is abandoned.

Every attempt is recorded with its response status, response body, and error message.
If you had an outage and missed events entirely, ask Omnishelf staff — the delivery history is queryable, and catching up on missed orders is also just:
